The Signal Pilot offers a guided quote and an optional contact form. This notice describes the current public Sites release while the final privacy policy awaits owner review.

What the quote stores

When you submit the guided questions, the site stores your selected business-need answers, approved service recommendation, price or qualification status, optional add-on choice, rule and configuration version, quote ID and time.

What the contact form stores

If you choose to send your Flight Plan, the site stores your first name, business name, email, optional phone number, timing selection, requested follow-up type, consent record and time. That lead record is linked to the exact quote ID and includes the approved quote snapshot needed for owner review. Submitting the same quote again does not create another lead.

Your browser session

A required session cookie connects the quote to the browser that created it. The cookie lasts up to 24 hours. The server accepts contact submission only for a quote owned by that browser session. The site also stores basic quote and lead-flow events. Quote and lead records may remain in storage after the browser session expires while the owner finalizes a retention and deletion process.

Consent and use

The contact form requires agreement to store the contact details and Flight Plan and to allow The Signal Pilot to contact you about that request. This is not marketing consent. Do not provide payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information.

What remains off

Stripe checkout and all payments are disabled. Captain Spark AI chat, customer email notifications and SMS are also disabled for this release. A stored contact request does not reserve a service, accept a contract, promise a deadline or take payment.

Owner inquiry notifications

When the owner email connection is configured, the stored inquiry and approved quote snapshot are sent through Resend only to hello@thesignalpilot.com for review. Customer confirmations, SMS and marketing messages are not sent. The submission receipt reports notification status; provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. If email is unavailable, the inquiry remains stored.

Providers and review

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare D1 storage. This release is available at https://thesignalpilot.com/. The owner still needs to confirm the legal operator and privacy contact, processing terms and locations, rights and deletion procedures, a retention period and final policy date. This notice remains marked for owner review and is not the final privacy policy.
